December 26 : The North-East Frontier Railways has announced ten special 'Joy Rides' train services to run from 22nd December, 2022 to 5th January, 2023 owing to the Christmas- New Year seasonal rush. The list of trains that will run from Darjeeling and Ghum, in both directions, has been updates on 24th December, 2022.

From Darjeeling to Ghum
Train no. 02551 will depart at 09:20 hrs from Darjeeling from December 22nd, 2022 to January 5th, 2023, to reach Ghum at 10:05 hrs on the same day.
Train no. 02552 will depart at 11:25 hrs from Darjeeling from December 22nd, 2022 to January 5th, 2023, to reach Ghum at 12:10 hrs on the same day.
Train no. 02553 will depart at 13:25 hrs from Darjeeling from December 22nd, 2022 to January 5th, 2023, to reach Ghum at 14:10 hrs on the same day.
Train no. 02554 will depart at 15:30 hrs from Darjeeling from December 22nd, 2022 to January 5th, 2023, to reach Ghum at 16:15 hrs on the same day.
From Ghum to Darjeeling
Train no. 02551 will depart at 10:25 hrs from Ghum from December 22nd, 2022 to January 5th, 2023, to reach Darjeeling at 10:55 hrs on the same day.
Train no. 02552 will depart at 12:30 hrs from Ghum from December 22nd, 2022 to January 5th, 2023, to reach Darjeeling at 13:00 hrs on the same day.
